Live Recording

Would you like to record our live shows? We really could do with some good quality live recordings but don't have the resources within the band to manage this very easily at the moment. If you would like to help then get in touch.

The Urban Spacemen welcome audio, video and photographic recording of our gigs by audience members on the basis that the results are traded or distributed on a strictly non profit basis and that copies of any really tasty results are offered to the band. We take the view that non profit distribution of live recordings can only help the band by exposing our music to a wider audience. This may not be possible in certain venues where it may be prohibited by the venue, promoter or headlining act and in such situations the policies of said parties take precedence. Also if you are recording in whatever form please do not set up equipment so as to interfere with other audience members enjoyment of the gig. Obviously the free trading and distribution principle does not apply to any official recordings or merchandise offered for sale by the band.
